I have to say that I am loving this series!! I think what I love best about this serial is that while the books are short-about 15 pages, there is a lot of character development that you just don't always get when a story is that short. In book one, (you can find my review here) we got to meet Samantha and Ryan. In this book, their relationship continues, and Ryan is still calling the shots, but Samantha wants him to be the one to lose control for a change.
There were a lot of steamy scenes, but what I loved most is along with those there was a lot of character development between Samantha and Ryan. We're beginning to learn what has made the two of them the way they are and why they both have relationship issues. There were a few times when I just wanted to give Ryan a hug. I loved learning more about him and I can't wait to see how their relationship continues to grow into more then just hot sex. The ending of the book left me wanting volume three right now!!
This series by ER Pierce is just a steamy, light, fantastic read!
